ParentBridge consolidates your school emails, extracts deadlines, sends you reminders, and delivers weekly tips aligned to what your child is actually learning. Just forward emails and we handle the rest.
Between email, apps, portals, and paper forms, parents spend more time managing school messages than actually engaging with their kids' education.
School emails buried between newsletters, sports updates, and fundraiser reminders. Critical deadlines hide in plain sight.
Permission slips, form submissions, payment deadlines — one missed email means a scrambled morning and a disappointed kid.
ClassDojo here, Remind there, ParentSquare somewhere else. Every school uses a different app with its own notification system.
Parents want to support their kids' education but don't know what's being taught this week or how to help at home.
Built for busy parents. Every screen designed around one goal: less time managing, more time connecting.
No IT approval required. No school adoption needed. Just forward one email and ParentBridge takes it from there.
Forward any school email to your private ParentBridge address. Works with every school, every district, every platform — Gmail, Outlook, whatever you use.
Email ForwardingOur ML pipeline reads each message and automatically identifies deadlines, required actions, and important dates. Labels every message: Urgent, Action, Event, or Info.
Machine LearningWe propose a task. You review and approve it. No reminder is ever created without your explicit confirmation — our core trust-by-design principle.
Trust by DesignSmart reminders delivered exactly when you need them — day before, day of, or a custom schedule. Push notifications to your phone, never buried in email.
Push NotificationsPractical at-home activities matched to what each child is learning this week. Rate them helpful or not — ParentBridge learns and improves its recommendations.
AI-PoweredAdd multiple children across different schools and grade levels. Each gets a color tag. Filter the inbox, tasks, and tips by child with one tap.
Multi-ChildEvery other solution requires schools to adopt it first. We don't.

Early access parents shape the product. Tell us about your family and you'll be first to try ParentBridge — free.
We'll reach out when ParentBridge is ready for early access. In the meantime, we're reading every response to shape the product.
Everything you need to know about how ParentBridge works.
ParentBridge is a parent-first hub that turns fragmented school communications into one calm, organized inbox. You forward school emails to your private ParentBridge address, and we automatically label them, extract deadlines, create reminders (after you confirm), and deliver weekly curriculum-aligned tips for each of your children.
It's built for parents, not schools — which means it works with any school, any district, any platform, without requiring any IT approval or adoption on the school's side.
Setup takes about 3 minutes. You'll create an account, add your child (name, grade, school), and receive a unique forwarding address. Forward a school email to that address and ParentBridge handles the rest.
Yes — ParentBridge is a native iOS and Android app built with Flutter. During the beta, you'll receive it through TestFlight (iOS) or as an APK download (Android). The public app stores come after beta.
As many as you need. Each child gets a color tag, and you can filter the inbox, tasks, and tips by a single child or view everything at once.
No. Never. We don't sell data, we don't run ads, and we don't share your family's information with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party that isn't essential to running the service.
Our business model is a future freemium subscription, not your attention or your data.
The minimum needed to do our job: your email, your password (hashed), your child's first name and grade, the school messages you forward to us, the tasks we create from them, and your reminder preferences. That's it.
FERPA applies to schools and their contracted vendors. Because parents — not schools — voluntarily share messages with us, FERPA does not directly apply to ParentBridge. However, we handle all data with equivalent care: Row Level Security at the database level, encryption everywhere, and strict access controls.
Yes, completely and permanently. From Settings → Privacy → Delete Account, you can wipe every message, task, child profile, and account record associated with your email. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Accurate enough to save you time, but never so trusted that we act without you. ParentBridge proposes deadlines and tasks — you always confirm or edit them before any reminder is scheduled. This is our confirm-before-remind principle: a safety rail, not a limitation.
You can still use ParentBridge. In addition to email forwarding, we support uploading PDFs and screenshots, and copy-pasting text from any portal. Any school communication you can access, you can import.
We maintain a curated library of short, practical at-home learning activities indexed by grade level and subject (Math and ELA to start). Each week, your child gets 1–3 tips matched to their grade. You can rate them helpful or not, and skip categories you don't want.
No. This is one of ParentBridge's key design choices. Every competitor requires schools or districts to adopt the platform. ParentBridge works with any email and any school, because it operates entirely on messages you voluntarily forward to it.
If those platforms send you email notifications (and most do), then yes — forward those emails to your ParentBridge address and we'll label and organize them alongside everything else. If a platform only sends in-app notifications, you can copy and paste the text instead.
Kindergarten through 12th grade for the inbox, tasks, and reminders. Curriculum tips currently cover K–8 Math and ELA, with additional grades and subjects rolling out based on parent feedback.
Free during the MVP and beta. After public launch, a generous free tier will remain permanently available, with an optional premium tier for families who want extras like calendar sync and expanded curriculum coverage.

We built ParentBridge for parents, not advertisers. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
ParentBridge is an independent product built for K-12 parents. We can be reached at privacy@yourparentbridge.com.
We use your data exclusively to provide the service: organizing messages, detecting deadlines, scheduling reminders, and generating curriculum tips. We do not use your data to train AI models sold to third parties, serve advertising, or build profiles for sale.
We share data only with essential service providers: Supabase (database), Cloudflare (email routing), and Apple/Google (push notifications). No advertisers. No data brokers. No third-party analytics beyond anonymous usage counts.
You can access, correct, export, or permanently delete all your data at any time from Settings → Privacy. You can also email privacy@yourparentbridge.com. We respond within 30 days.
ParentBridge is designed for parents, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Child profiles contain only a first name and grade level — no contact information, no photos.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We use Row Level Security in our database, ensuring your data is never accessible to other users. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext.
